Instructions for installing ProMICAD on your computer are contained in the technical information section of this guide. Before introducing ProMICAD to your students or clients, try out the program for yourself. Try out everything in the program referring to the relevant section of this guide at each stage.
ProMICAD has three operating levels. You will be asked to select the appropriate level when you enter the program.
Level 1
Uses basic English, suitable for most 13 to 16 year olds
Level 2
Uses language at college entry standard.
Level 3
Assumes a wider vocabulary and is suitable for A level or degree level candidates
