Management
The ProMICAD System was designed to help managers to recognize qualities in themselves and their employees that could make all more effective at work and improve their motivation. Most user groups have tried the system with their own management teams and many use it regularly. All enjoyed the experience, reporting an immediate boost to team morale and mutual appreciation of each member's strengths. The quick-play game-exercises provide positive, stress-relieving amusement and teach much about the understanding of peoples' characters.

Recruitment
Interviewers can use the 'Headhunter' facility to 'model' the qualities they seek in job candidates - before commencing interviews.

Redundancies
Employers involved in down-sizing will find ProMICAD helps redundant employees to maintain morale during a difficult time and provides practical help to achieve new employment or retraining. The system is used by employment advisors and counsellors to re-motivate the redundant and long-term unemployed. ProMICAD helps to alleviate the problems of low self-esteem, anxiety and despair that can affect many following redundancy. Companies that offer redundancy victims the opportunity to use the ProMICAD system before leaving will help restore lost confidence.

The long-term unemployed
The ProMICAD System was first demonstrated at a European Conference on Employment Initiatives, held at the National Physical Laboratories in Teddington, where it received much attention and acclaim from delegates. The system has helped a number of long-term unemployed young people. Sending an employer a personal profile with a job application is really effective. They provide an insight to a candidate's character rarely observed, even by the most able of interviewers.

In our experience to date, over 80 percent of employers who received personal profiles from candidates have reacted by offering the applicant an interview.
