Careers Mentoring/Self-improvement Plans

The 256 Mentoring and Self-improvement Plans, included in the latest version of ProMICAD, have been compiled by the authors based on their own experience of arranging visits for students to visit a wide range of different employment situations. Each plan contains a character summary and a list of possible careers to which the user’s attitude, work-style, strength and ambitions, described in the Personal Profile, could be particularly well suited- subject, of course, to personal interests and willingness to commence training or further education. The Plans also suggest visits to be arranged, where possible, for individual students to visit one or more companies or work establishments that fit the young person’s career interests or goals.
