Introduction
ProMICAD's 'quick-play' game-exercises in character diagnosis help people to understand the structure of peoples' characters and to recognise that attitudes, workstyles, underlying strengths and aspirations are as important to success as academic honours.

'Character Studies'
Offers a unique framework for assessing personal qualities and constructing positive character studies of aquaintances, friends, colleagues, family and even your worst enemy.

Two intriguing and amusing exercises, with scenarios in the Boardroom and Cabinet Room, in which players 'model' the attributes they consider Directors or Cabinet ministers should possess in order to perform their jobs well. Your model appointments are 'scored' at the end of the exercise and a fantasy board or cabinet is revealed, made up of famous paragons possessing similar qualities to those of your appointees.

'Headhunter'
